I'm not sure about in a WotC supplement, but Lycanthromancer's got a pretty spiffy one in production.

Check it out (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=615364)

maybe if a Lycanthropes or Doppelgängers monster class exists...

Bear Warrior - Complete Warrior
Animal-Shen Monks - Dragon Magazine (can't recall the #)

S'bout all I can remember. But considering 80% of D&D class are spellcasters, it's not surprising.

Heh guess I'll juts make my own

Got a fairly good idea on balence it too.

bsaiclly same as Druid -shapeshifter except no druid class level abilites
shapshift allows a wider vareity of forms (but no adiitonal abilites or attacks)
druid spells are exchanged for supernatural abilit which can be used Xday/perY levels

e.g. take a 2nd level druid spell which would benefit a shapeshifter and give them a mosdifed form as a supernatral ability they can use like a spell but on themslves with none of the spell restictions.

equal power on paper but mroe intersting and versatile and no tree hunging sterotype hrmm this will need some more thought .....

Use this combination:
Complete Warrior non-spellcasting ranger variant
Unearthed Arcana Wild Shape ranger (loses all combat styles, only small or medium animals but also gains fast movement as barbarian)

Hope it helps.
