You are a 11th level for caster level for Apostle spells.

As far as I can tell you are still a 10th level healer. but that is normally only which level you can cast and how many per day, does +1 to existing class also improve caster level? (i think, with a healer you should add the level of apostle of peace, to find out what your total caster level is.(or maybe only half the apostle of peace level)). In the epic-level prestige class characters, in the CAdv. A 13th level vigilante adds 13 to his caster level derived from another class to determine total caster level.
