Duskblade's Arcane Channeling from PHB2:

"At 13th level, you can cast any touch spell you know as part of a full attack action, and the spell affects each target you hit in melee combat that round. Doing so discharges the spell at the end of the round, in the case of a touch spell that would otherwise last longer than 1 round."

Does that mean that:

a) Every time you hit a target in melee combat that round, he's affected by the spell. So one could affect the same target with the same spell several times in one round.

or

b) Every different target hit in melee combat is affected, but only once per target per round.

Which one is right? I lean towards "b" above, what do you think?

I am 12th level now...and have been looking for threads talking about this. Any official or non threads etc. that have come to any conclusion?

I think the wording more closely supports b over a.

I would choose A and also B, you can do a full attack action with one target or affect every target you attack as a part of your action
