How do you know how much you can cast them.

And What is the modifier for the attack

Should i put the full AC for the opponet or minus Dex Modifier

Those are very general questions, but i believe that I can answer them in a way that will help you. You can cast spells per day as determined by the chart under the class description, you gain bonus spells per day, determined by a high INT or CHA, based on the table on p. 8 of the Players Handbook. Spells have varying ranges, as detailed in their descriptions, but many require a ranged touch attack, this attack uses you base attack bonus and DEX, like a normal ranged attack, but ignores the opponent's armor and natural armor bonuses. A sorcerer uses CHA to separate him from a wizard and for flavor, since he does not research spells, he casts them through force of personality.

I hope this helps.

How do you know how much you can cast them. This depends on the class and how many levels in that class the character has. Each spellcasting class has a spells per day chart letting you know how many spells they may prepare or cast per day. Wizards prepare spells, Sorcerers don't. In addition to the number of spells per day they may perpare/cast, they can get bonus spells depending on how high their key ability score is. Simply cross reference the key ability score with the chart on page 8 of the PHB and add the bonus spells to the spells per day. Note: 0 level spells do not get boni.
And What is the modifier for the attack
Base Attack Bonus is the modifier you would use, and you can either add Strength or Dexterity depending on wether or not the spell is ranged or not. You should consult the spell description to see whether or not an attack roll is required. Most area spells do not require an attack roll.
Should i put the full AC for the opponet or minus Dex Modifier
Again, you need to consult each spell description to determine whether the spell is a touch spell or not. If it is a touch spell, then dex or dodge boni do not apply. Most spells that require an attack roll are touch spells, but I am certain there are a few exceptions.
And why does a socrerer need charisma for magic
Not only are Sorcerers dependant on Charisma to determin how many bonus spells they may receive, but they are also dependant upon it to determine the highest level of spells they may cast. A Sorcerer with only a 10 Charisma not only doesn't get any bonus spells, but they can only cast 0 level spells, making her a poor Sorcerer indeed.

Magic Missile doesn't require an attack roll. It automaticly hits the target(s) you specify.
