| ElvenOutlaw10-21-06, 02:27 AM | The Hierophant is a bit more powerful compared to the Mystic. The Theurge gets both caster levels up together and thats about it. The Hierophant goes up with both caster levels a better hit die, better base attack, More skills, Wild Shape stacks, ignore Arcane Spell failure, Channel abilites, and a better animal companion. Really comes down to if you want those high level Cleric spells what your willing to sacrifice. None of the "Races of.." books have been very good in my opinion. RotW however is one of the better of the lot. Might be worth the cost if you can find it half price used. I could have done without the raptoran race filler garbage. |
