Advantages of a Deepwood sniper: Keen arrows, range increment bonus +10 ft./level, safe poison use, magic weapon, which you all gain in the first 3 lvl's. After that you will get concealment reduction 10,20,30% (so you can better take the improved precise shot feat, which discarts all penaltys exept total concealment). You will also het consistent aim what means you can reroll your attackroll once a day. Then there is the consisten aim, if you take a fullround action, and the target doesn't move more than 5 feet during that period you will get a +2 to attack. So I would take only the first 3 lvl's of the deepwood sniper, and than go on with the ranger progression (which I did with my deepwood sniper). I didn't play the Order of the Bow Initiate myself, so I can't tell you much about that one (just find out for yourself in CW) MotW = Masters of the Wild CW = Complete Warrior |
