The title says it all.

I know HoH makes no mention of an Archivist having to pay the 100 gp per page fee when adding spells to his book and that as written it appears he doesn't. But I also know many feel this is an oversight (including my DM)

Have we heard any official word on this? I tried searching as best I could and came up empty handed.

I know Ari Marmell (HoH writer) posts on the boards too, so if we haven't heard anything I'm gonna try and track him down and see what he thinks about it.

Thanks,

I noticed this too. RAW, there's definately no per-page charge, but it would be very nice to know what the authors intended.

If this was intentional, I suppose divine magic just works differently. Prayers or invocations to the gods may not require the special ink that wizards need to record their spells.
