Votan 04-22-06, 11:03 PM	This is a new base class in the Complete Psionic. The more that I read it, the more that I like it as an alternative to traditional magic. Psionics tends to be a slightly more balanced system than magic (small issues to the contrary). But here you have a class that casts based on willpower and can fill any major fantasy magic niche. In fact, I find it works more logically than basic arcane magic. What do others think about this class?

They are philisophers instead of divine worshippers. Should be fun in my next campaign.

True but it looks way better than the Wilder in every dimension except skill points. Since it was always extremely hard to make a Wilder focused on skills this isn't a major loss. I do think that Mantle choice will be tricky . . .
