08-13-06, 04:37 PM I can't find even one. Only the Knight seems to place an emphasis on it, but it still places more on strength.

08-13-06, 04:59 PM Well, I have one that is homemade by me and my friends for our campaign, which is slightly high-power. It is called the Guardian, and it is an arcane caster with an emphasis on healing and shielding. They have no attack spells what-so-ever, unless you count some of the Bigby's Hand spells. He also has some neat class features. Let me know if you want me to post him.

08-13-06, 05:01 PM there is the deepwarden prestige class from races of stone, which allows you to use your con. score instead of your dex for your dex bonus for AC.

08-13-06, 05:15 PM Dragon Shaman uses Con as one of its primary stats. If you want to focus on Breath Weapon take Con, if you want to focus on melee take Str.

Binders from Tome of Magic use Cha as thier primary stat but a good portion of thier abilities are Con based as well.

08-15-06, 11:47 PM Some would argue that the warlock can make his highest stat Constitution, as most of his (better) invocations are not save-based (which is Charisma), and as his attacks are ranged touch, a great Dexterity is not necessary. So, say, a 28 point-buy (human) warlock might look like: Str 8, Dex 14, Con 16, Int 12, Wis 8, Cha 14. Not sure if it's the best way to go, but it's one possibility.

08-16-06, 07:29 AM I would say Dwarven Defender. The main one anyway IMO. Because he is just ment to stand there and take a beating and still come out on top. Strength is also needed to hit back but he needs his constitution to survive a horde of monsters pumelling him while he protects everyone else.

The point's already been made that everyone can benefit from a high constitution, really. There's no one who can't use a few more HP.

08-16-06, 07:37 AM Well yeah, i always have con as one as my second/third main stat. Theres no point in being a fighter and being taking out with a single hit because of appaulling HP.

Back then, There were six different Psion types, and each on was based on a different ability score:
- Psions that used effect based on their own body used STR as their prime stat
- Psions that use powers of the mind used CHAR as their prime stat
- And Psions that used powers of force projection used CON as their prime stat
