Arrows, a possible answer for Drunken Masters [Archive] - Wizards Community

I don't know if this is accurate which is why I'm asking the boards for help.

Weilding an arrow as a melee weapon constitutes it as an improvised weapon. Drunken masters have problems overcoming DR because of the lack of enchancted adamantine barstools. A Drunken Master could solve his DR problems by wielding magic arrows of different materials. Does it fit the flavor of the drunken master? No. Does it help them? Yes, if they're actually considered improvised weapons when wielded as such.

If this does work, and you still want it to be flavorful, you could have your drunken master wield an arrow made for a creature 3 sizes bigger than him. It would be like using a young sapling with a metalic point.
