Ricohard_Draconis 04-13-05, 12:44 PM	not really, as an artificer your best to stay in artificer for the craft pool and the free craft feats. Thought Dragonmarked Heir (if in Eberron) does work well if you are a member of House Cannith.
Solidcobra 04-13-05, 02:19 PM	Now, unorthodox as it may be, chameleon is good if you take 6 levels of artificer first. Basically "any item with charges that you have the feat to make, you can rape enemies with". And the lv.2 ability of chameleon that gives you a free feat, changeable every day... And, really, an admixed (3 times) maximized empowered twinned repeated chained whateveryouwanted scorching ray is good. Really, really GOOD. Combined with the dual focus of a chameleon, you're all the artillery and most of the melee a team could ever want. :D Good breakoff points of chameleon: lv.2 and lv.8. You really want 11 levels of artificer, so you can add all these yummy metamagic things to scrolls cast by you too. (Trust me, a "nuke", maximized admixed 3 times twinned repeated enlarged empowered meteor swarm will set your characters name in the memory of the group forever. Though not always in a positive way... :D )
