Artificer Class in Greyhawk [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-30-06, 06:38 PM		Has anyone played an Artificer (from the Eberron campaign setting) in a setting other than Eberron?

I am getting set to run the Shackled City campaign, and one of my players is begging me to let him play an Artificer. I looked it over, and it seems heavy on using dragonshards and dealing with constructs, which are rare and possibly non-existent in most other settings. Also, there's the action point thing, which can be worked around with a simple percentile roll or some such variation.

Any thoughts? All are welcome.
