Artificer Question (About Infusions) [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-29-05, 01:35 AM An Artificer uses the Metamagic Item on his wand, applying the quicken spell feat to it. Can that wand be used to cast one quickened spell per round and one normal spell, or is it now only capable of casting quickened versions of the spell?

I realize this question could find a number of different homes, but since it is a problem only one class with face, I thought I would ask here as well.

I personally see no reason you can't spend a standard action to cast another quickened spell/effect/etc. It'd still cost the standard action, after all.
