usemagicdevice 09-03-07, 08:40 AM	Ok, yes we hafta wait for 4th edition. But 3.5 is still here and there is lots of things to do here in 3.5 land. So unless you are in a dimension where time doesn't matter and thus you played and done everything there is to do (and there is a bunch let me tell ya) then we shouldn't worry (and obsess) about 4th edition, not yet anyways. So stop torturing yourselves with what's to come. It will will be here soon and it will be the best thing ever (I just know it). But until then let's show some love for 3.5, no? p.s. This statement is more FOR me then anyone else I know. So I guess I shoulda started the subject with "Attn: me"...
LoneFlame 09-03-07, 11:54 AM	I hope the 3.5 to 4.0 leap is not going to be as big as the 2nd Ed to 3rd Ed leap. On a plus note, 4th ed would definitely shut up the player in a couple of my groups that thinks he knows so much about D&D, but is constantly proven wrong by me. On a more related note, if we're lucky, 4th Ed will be everything we like about 3.5, but actually has balance among the classes and takes care of things we don't like(such as class skills and favored class. they're good for flavor, but suck for mechanics). Til then, I'm going to enjoy 3.5 and what not, especially since I'm really starting to have a good grasp of the system. EDIT: Also, I'm really looking forward to when the Rules Compendium comes out. I'm going to read through the entire thing and beat someone I know to death with the knowledge I gain from it.
