I think I've finally balanced the Rage Monk base class. Please give me some advice if you think its overpowered (Or underpowered!). I'm focusing purely on game mechanic issues, not flavor.

The Rage Monk.

The order of a ship amidst a raging ocean storm. The eye of a hurricane, calm and peaceful, surrounded by violence. The ordered chaos of battle. These places and experiences are held as places of meditation for the Rage Monks. This unique blend of a Monk's devotion to purity and a Rage monk's devotion to violence and chaos creates the ideal of "Enlightenment through Anger." An ideal upheld by none more than the Rage Monks, who are walking paradoxes, perfect balances of Law and Chaos. Monks scorn the embrace of chaotic strength, and Rage monks spit upon the balancing factors of Law, but none can dispute a Rage Monk's methodic frenzy in battle.

IMPORTANT TABLE HERE (I can't get it to work, so just click the link to view the table)

Rage (Ex)
A rage monk can fly into a rage a certain number of times per day. In a rage, a rage monk temporarily gains a +4 bonus to Strength, a +4 bonus to Constitution, and a +2 morale bonus on Will saves, but he takes a -2 penalty to Armor Class. The increase in Constitution increases the rage monk’s hit points by 2 points per level, but these hit points go away at the end of the rage when his Constitution score drops back to normal. (These extra hit points are not lost first the way temporary hit points are.) While raging, a rage monk cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except for Balance, Escape Artist, Intimidate, and Ride), the Concentration skill, or any abilities that require patience or concentration, nor can he cast spells or activate magic items that require a command word, a spell trigger (such as a wand), or spell completion (such as a scroll) to function. He can use any feat he has except Combat Expertise, item creation feats, and metamagic feats. A fit of rage lasts for a number of rounds equal to 3 + the character’s (newly improved) Constitution modifier. A rage monk may prematurely end his rage. At the end of the rage, the rage monk loses the rage modifiers and restrictions and becomes fatigued (-2 penalty to Strength, -2 penalty to Dexterity, can’t charge or run) for the duration of the current encounter

Focused Fury:
The Rage Monk's mind-enveloping anger when he rages, and devotion to that anger, increases the difficulty of someone to take control of his mind. Whenever the Rage Monk rages, he gains an additional +2 bonus on saves against mind-affecting effects.

Evasion (Ex)
At 2nd level or higher if a rage monk makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, she instead takes no damage. Evasion can be used only if a monk is wearing light armor or no armor. A helpless rage monk does not gain the benefit of evasion.

Bonus Feat: At 2nd level, and every 8 levels after, the Rage Monk gains a bonus feat. This feat must come from the list of fighter bonus feats or any feats that have Rage as a prerequisite.

Strength through Anger:
At 3rd level and every 3 levels after, whenever the Rage Monk flies into a Rage, he gains an additional +1 bonus to Strength that stacks with the bonus he gets from raging. For example, if a 7th level Rage Monk rages, he gets a +7 bonus to Str, a +4 bonus to Con, and +2 to his will saves. Every time the Rage Monk gains this ability again, he gains an additional +1 bonus.

Angry Ki:
A Rage Monk's anger allows him to hit harder and with a power unforeseen by his enemies. At 4th level, the Rage Monk's melee attacks overcome 1 point of any Damage Reduction. At 8th level, this increases by 1 more, and the same for 12th, 16th, and 20th level. It does not matter what kind of Damage Reduction the creature has, and this ability extends to object's hardness as well.

Purifying Rage: Whenever the Rage Monk flies into a rage, his body channels some of that rage into cleansing his body, though causing him to become less furious than he otherwise would be. The Rage Monk may take a -2 penalty to strength and constitution for the duration of his rage, only when he begins his rage, to allow himself a new saving throw, at the DC of the poison or nonmagical disease that currently afflicts him, with his newly improved Constitution score. If the Rage Monk succeeds this check, he is cleansed of the poison or disease. He may not activate this ability while already in a rage, only at the start of a new rage.

Adrenaline Rush :
The longer a Rage Monk is angry, the angrier he becomes. At 7th level, the Rage Monk gains the ability to channel his mounting anger into his body, healing him of infuriating wounds, and making even his flesh seethe with hatred towards new wounds. Once per rage, the Rage Monk may expend one of his daily rages to gain Damage Reduction X/-- and to heal himself of an amount of damage equal to his Constitution Modifier times X. The Damage Reduction lasts until the end of the Rage Monk's Rage.
X is equal to the number of rounds that the Rage Monk has been in a rage.
So, for example, a 7th level Rage Monk with a 16 constitution and has been raging for 4 rounds. He takes some damage, and activates his Adrenaline Rush ability, healing himself for 12 points of damage and gaining DR 4/--.
The Rage Monk may only use this ability once per rage. At the end of his rage, if the rage monk used this ability, he is sickened for two minutes.

Improved Evasion (Ex)
At 9th level, a rage monk’s evasion ability improves. She still takes no damage on a successful Reflex saving throw against attacks, but henceforth she takes only half damage on a failed save. A helpless monk does not gain the benefit of improved evasion.

Tongue of the Furious:
While raging, the Rage Monk shares a primal connection with all other furious creatures in the area, as they all tap into the power of Anger. The Rage Monk can temporarily take hold of this flow, and plug another creature's access to it. If the Rage Monk targets another creature that is currently Raging or Frenzied (Or similar), he may expend one of his daily Rages. He then must succeed on an Intimidate check (DC = 5 + Target's HD), and if his target can hear and see him, then that creature's rage is reduced by a number of rounds equal to 1d4 + Rage Monk's Cha mod.
Conversely, the Rage Monk can inspire the fury of his companions. If he succeeds on the same check against an Ally, he whips up their anger, and they gain a single use of the Rage ability. The Rage Monk loses one use. The Rage Monk may only use this ability if he has an extra daily rage left.

First: Probably best to put in a table.
Also, any alignment restrictions?

I think this would work better as a prestige class.

The table is in the link. I cannot figure out how to insert the table otherwise, and simply copy/pasting it makes it confusing and jumbly.

Alignment restrictions - forgot to include them, I guess. They are as follows:

Neutral Good, True Neutral, Neutral Evil.

It would make an ideal prestige class, but I wanted it to be a base class.

Sweet, I guess nothing is wrong with it.

Don't expect ppl to comment immediately :P. Format your text. Bold the entry names for better readability. The site with your table takes extremely long to load even though that page has almost nothing but your table.

Pls drop me a note in the Peach Market (my sig) as to what category to list you under (pls refer to the 2nd post). Make sure you link your class when you post.
