Hey all,

I'm building a 1/2 ogre barbarian/druid character. Eventually I want to take the stormlord prestige class...

The idea is that the character has titan blood that cause him to rage uncontrollably, evoking thunder and lightning while he rages.

I'm trying to find something like wild surge for druid type casting that instead of raging while in wildshape form which is common druid/barb... I want the rage to augment my casting...

any ideas?

We're starting at lvl 12..

So Raging works while in wild form? I've been wondering about that.

Hell yeah. but most of the time it's not usefull because instead of a barb level you would have taken a Druid levle your shape available form could have change and by the same occasion grant way better bonus than a rage.

right, so I don't even plan on really using wild shape... I mean, I'm a 1/2 ogre so....

I've been through most books and can't really find a good druid variant... I am going to probably sub out my animal companion for an elemental companion (Unearthed Arcana druid variant)

but I was reading the mental disorder thread and think I'm going to play that out a bit...

also thinking of asking the DM to let me apply a wild mage type template... really make my character out of control of his emotions and then it'll reveal itself as I call on nature's wrath :)

let me know what you think

Thanks

This is true. I've been thinking of multiclassing into druid just because it seems cool to multiclass all of the "naturalistic" core classes at once, but it's hardly optimal.
