Lord_Canius 02-03-06, 11:32 PM	I recently bought Unearthed Arcana, due to the fact that the players in my game were exploiting rules I didnt know, much less heard of. And when I opened it, I was amazed to find something that I had always dreamed of: A way to make a barbarian/monk (sort of). Using the gestalt variant, and also the variant druid (not the Druidic Avenger, the other one that got monk and ranger abilities), I made my barbarian/druid(with monk abilties). Now that I have made the most UBER powerful melee character in existence (with all sorts of OTHER fun abilities due to the retained druid abilities), I need a race. I was thinking minotaur with a half-dragon template, but that one proved to be to powerful even without class levels ( +16 to Str, +6 to Con, and only a -2 Int), so I need some help deciding exactly what race is worthy of my glorius combat machine.
KoreKore 02-04-06, 12:21 AM	to limit LA so you can get the most out of it go simple go goliath, +1 LA +4 STR +2con -2 dex and all the bonuses of being large withought the minuses along with a few other abilites. The ammount of dmg a standard Goliath BArbarian can dish out is impressive ths would be powerfull for the loss of one class level
periscope 02-04-06, 01:04 AM	The Mountain rage ability and their improved damage reduction ability would also prove uber (honestly how many times have you faced any enemy packing an adamantine weapon?)
