To clarify this, you first have to know that they can do under certain circumstances, but usually (as you already stated) they don't. That does not necessarily mean they do not ever do it, also it does not mean they will not do it ever, but sometimes they do. ;) Sorry, 'tis late and I'll go to bed now |

Barbarians haven't had a problem with magic items since first edition. Are you asking if a wizard/barbarian can use spells/scrolls/wands while raging? |
