Bard Song (Inspire Courage) action limits [Archive] - Wizards Community

Okay, more accursed bard quandaries. Bard uses Perform [Sing, Oratory] for Song: can the bard carry on conversations as usual? If not, how do you, as DM, limit the bard's speech capability?
