MUSIC OF CREATION
Bards have a unique way of tapping into the magic that pervades Eberron: through music. Some bards claim that the Dragon Above sang the world into being at the dawn of time, and that their music is an echo of that powerful tune of creation.

Reflecting this connection to the forces of creation, bards have access to a number of feats that extend the powers of their bardic music. A bard can take these feats any time she would normally gain a feat, or can choose one of them as a bonus feat instead of gaining a new form of bardic music at 3rd. 6th. 9th, 12th. 15th. or 18th level.

PRACTICED MUSICIAN
Your bardic music is more effective.
Prerequisite: Cha 15, Perform (any) 6, bardic music.

Benefit: Your effective bard level increases by 3 for the purposes of what bardic music abilites you can use, and the value of the bonus granted by inspire courage. This benefit can't increase your effective bard level to higher than your Hit Dice. However, even if you can't benefit from the full bonus immediately, if you later gain Hit Dice from classes other than bard, you might be able to apply the rest of the bonus.

For example, a gnome 4th-level bard/2nd-level rogue who selects this feat would incease her effective bard level from 4th to 6th (since she has 6 Hit Dice), and she might gain the suggestion bardic music ability, since the minimum bard level required for that ability is 6th. If she later gained another rogue level, she would gain the remainer of the bonus from this feat, and her effective bard level would become 7th (since she now has 7 Hit Dice). If she later gained a bard level, the bonus from her inspire courage would incease to +2, since that increase is granted to a bard at 8th level.

This feat increases your effective bard level only for purposes of gaining and improving bardic music abilities. It does not affect any other bardic abilities or spell casting, nor does it add uses per day of bardic music. The character must still have the minimum number of ranks in the Perform skill to qualify for each bardic music ability. If the character does not have the required number of ranks in at least one Perform skill, she does not gain that bardic music ability until she acquires the needed ranks.

Special: You may select this feat multiple times. Its effects stack. If you use the Music of Creation rules from Eberron, new bardic music abilies gained through this feat can be swapped for bonus bardic music feats, but this feat cannot be selected from swaping an ability so gained.
