Bardic Music-Need songs! [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-23-04, 08:08 AM I have Song and Silence and there are no new Bardic Music Abilities. There is a PrC Virtuoso with some new abilities but that's not what I want.

Please post new Bardic Music abilities or any ideas you have on the posted subject!:bow: :bow: :bow: :bigeyes:

02-23-04, 08:13 AM There are no other Bardic Musics in any other official book I know. And even if there would be, what it'd be of use? Bards couldn't get them anyway, as they're class abilities and you just can't add more class abilities.

Also, could you please shorten your sig?

02-23-04, 08:19 AM almot every bard based prc have special bardic songs:

3.0 Virtuoso (Special effect songs) (Song y silence)
3.0 Warrior Skald (army backup songs) (Races of Faerun)
3,5 The prcs in exalted deeds (gives VERY OVERPOWERED songs), complete warrior (combat based songs, including being able to sing two songs at once) and the draconomicon one (I havent readed it yet).

the spellsinger it is the only one that dont includes new songs, but each level in the prc raises the DC of the songs by one (up to +5 to mass fascinate it is a good thing).
The way to get more songs it is via prcs.

The idea of adding more bardic music abilities to the Bard class came from the computer game Icewind Dale 2. And I wanted to see if anybody did something similar in his/hers game. Well if you are the DM, you could do with the class what ever you want.

So if anybody finds or has an unofficial book or simply has an idea of a good bardic music ability POST IT!:ayyyy!: :ayyyy!:

Why couldn't you use the BM from IWD2 then? I can't remember what BM it had, but if it has some new ones, you could just use them, no?
