Walmar 11-05-04, 05:46 PM	Hiho, in our game today my bard tried to facinate and suggest our dwarf to enter a boat. The facination succeded without problems but the dwarf saved against the suggestion. That brought us to the question how often a bard can try to suggest a facinated victim. The suggestion ability does break his concentration and does not use up any bardic music abilities for the day. Is the number of retries unlimited as long as the victim is facinated? Thanks Walmar

BlaineTog 11-05-04, 07:08 PM	No no, suggestion works differently. First of all, it does not use up a daily use of Bardic Music. Secondly, it does not break your concentration. You can keep fascinating someone for up to one round per Bard level. You can try a suggestion on that person for every single round, if you like, for no cost to you.

Suggestion can only be used if someone is fascinated, and it is not counted towards the number of bardic abilities that one can use per day. You can attempt suggestion one time per level per fascination. PS if that does not work get him drunk and use some duct tape next time.
