Mod strength, good dex, and high Intelligence, with quite a bit of Charisma... hell, Batman's proven that he's high in all the abilities save Constitution.. ol Bats wasn't the best at a battle that lagged on, that's Superman's territory. Bats is roguish, many of the rogue clas skills fit the stuff Batman does as a detective (Gathering Info, Sneaking Around, Listening and Spotting, etc.), and in battle he was the one looking for the chances to strike hard and finish his opponents quickly. Add in Quick Draw (he's always pulling out batarangs on the fly), and maybe some Monk, Bats wasn't the most armored, and he relied on his fists more than anything.. As for Scarecrow? An Illusionist wizard that concentrates on Fear spells. Scarecrow preys on the mind, using your own fears against you.
