A battle priest casts divine spells which are drawn from the cleric spell list.
To prepare and cast a spell a battle priest must have a wisdom score equal to at least 10 + spell lvl. The difficulty for a save against a battle priest's spell is 10 + spell lvl + wisdom modifier.
To prepare a spell a battle priest must pray for one hour per day. If he did not use all his spells the previous day he doesnt have to re-prepare them. He can prepare new ones in its slot though.

Turn or rebuke undead: If a battle priest is a good alingment then he can turn or destroy undead creatures. If he is of an evil alignment then he can rebuke or command undead creatures. (see turn or rebuke undead pg. 159 of PHB). A neutral battle priest of a good deity can turn and a battle priest of an evil deity can rebuke. A neutral battle priest of a neutral deity must choose which one he wants. The choice cannot be reversed after chosen.
A battle priest may attempt to turn or rebuke undead a number of times per day equal to 3 + his cha modifier. A battle priest with 5 or more ranks into knowledge (religion) gets a +2 bonus on turning or rebuking undead.

Combat Prayer:Every 4 levels a battle priest gains a +1 bonus on this ability.A battle priest can use 2 combat rounds and pray to gain bonuses. The bonus applies to AC, attack rolls, damage rolls, and saves. This abbility can only be focused on one target and the battle preist must specify the target before he starts praying. This effect lasts until the selected target is destroyed. This ability can be done 2 + wisdom modifier times per day. If he gets a successful attack done to him during his prayer then the prayer is interupted and no bonus is gained. When the prayer is interupted it also counts as one of the times he can use combat prayer.

Lay on Hands: With a wisdom score of at least 12 a battle priest can do lay on hands. This is when you heal someone with a touch. A battle priest can heal class lvl x wisdom modifier hp worth of damage. He can choose to use all the points on one person or spread them out. Using lay on hands is a standard action.
Alternatively, a battle priest can use lay on hands to deal damage to an undead creature if they are of good alignment or their deity is. This requires a successful melee touch attack. He decides how many points out of his daily amount he deals to the creature after the attack is successful.

God's Weapon: Since a battle priest must be loyal to his god when using his deity's preferred weapon he gets a +1 bonus on attack rolls while he is using the weapon. Also he gets a bonus on craft checks when making that weapon equal to his wisdom modifier.

Bonus Languages: A battle priest has these optional languages available: Celestial, Abyssal, Infernal, and Draconic.

First off you misspelled priest. Annoying, but it needs to be fixed.

Turn or rebuke undead: Clerics turn or rebuke undead.

You need to tell at what level they turn at. I assume that is equal to a cleric of their class level, but you should really spell it out.

Combat Prayer: A battle priest can use 2 combat rounds and pray to gain bonuses. The bonus applies to AC, attack rolls, damage rolls, and saves. This ability can only be focused on one target and the battle priest must specify the target before he starts praying.

You do not list the how long the bonuses last and applying the bonus each each and every one of those is broken. make it so that they apply to only one or can be divided among the chooses the Battle Priest chooses.

Lay on Hands:Same as paladin's except wisdom score of at least 12 not charisma.

Cut and paste from the SRD is you must, but you should spell out.

This is great, the problem is we already have one. Between the paladin, the favorte soul, and the regulat priest, we already have them. Not to mention the divine fighter and barbarian alternates.

Please give me a good reason as to why anyone would play an ordinary Cleric or Paladin in a campaign where this class is allowed.

Nerf the spellcasting a bit, maybe lose 3 caster levels somewhere in there (maybe the first 3 times you get bonus feats you don't gain a caster level?) and it might be balanced.

As far as I can tell, its a straight cleric who loses Domains, but gains the various special abilities detailed there.
I think you need to tone them down a little. Clerics are already reckoned to be one of the most powerful classes.

Perhaps look at the Warpriest prestige class in Complete Divine (I think) for further ideas.

Please give me a good reason why anyone would play an ordinary Paladin when they could play Cleric. :P

Hahaha just kidding but I agree. Also - the bonus from the combat prayer should be a specific type of bonus, not just a "bonus."

I also don't understand God's Weapon at all, does he HAVE to use the weapon or something. A little confusing.

Also you say they get bonus feats but I don't see what the list is for these feats or if they are just fighter feats or...OMG are they just basically free feats?

Because without the feats this class may still be a little too good, losing domain spells for combat prayer/lay on hands/god's weapon. I really don't think the bonus feats are required.

Ok, I got rid of the bonus feats, and i explained god's weapon and combat prayer better now. I'm not sure what you ment by what type of bonus it is but i hope its clearer now.

There are no "problems" but your class isn't worth it. You want to create a class that can blow others away. What's the point of creating a weaker class. To me it's just a waste of time. I would add more abilties that aren't part of another class. Here is an example:

Holy Strike: At X (replace with number) level, a battle priest learns how to create a weapon out of his divine energy. A battle priest can use this ability a number of times per day equal to one fifth his battle priest level. His divine power is shaped in the form of his diety's weapon. This weapon does no damage to himself. When used on an evil (or good if the battle priest is evil) enemy, this weapon does +1d4 holy damage per battle priest level. This weapon dissapears 4 rounds after it is created.

Also, say that the battle prayer lasts until the end of the encounter. Otherwise it is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY overpowered.

i think that this battle priest business should get made more beastly and be a prestige class
