Would a battlesmith wearing mithral full plate gain the sacred bonus from 'Flesh of my Flesh'?

Flesh of my Flesh(Ex, Races of Stone 98): No armour fits so well as that created by a battlesmith for her own use. When wearing heavy armour that she has crafted herself, a battlesmith of 2nd level or higher gains a +1 sacred bonus to Armour Class. This bonus increases to +2 at 4th level.

Yes the battlesmith would because it is a different type of bonus than the ones granted by the armor, although you could save yourself a feat and buy an item that gives you a plus 5 sacred bonus to ac.

ishlyn - 'flesh o my flesh' isnt a feat but a class ability and specifically requires heavy armour. mithral full plate is medium.

Yes, because Mithral Full Plate is only considered to be Medium Armor for the purposes of movement, and similar things. It's still Full Plate, so you can still have the bonuses.
