yuenglingdragon 04-15-06, 08:56 PM	Base Attack Bonus: +7. Feats: Power Attack. Able to Rage or Frenzy. Complete Warrior is a great book for anyone who enjoys melee classes. Bear Warrior, on the other hand, is unimpressive to me. Yeah you get a big Str bonus when you're in bear form, but you can't use all that Str to power attack with a 2-hander. Plus you'll need someone to put magic fang on you anytime you go up against someone with DRx/magic. I like Champion of Gwynharwyf (BoED), myself.

Apollo's Lyre 04-17-06, 03:58 PM	Bear Warrior is a 10-level PrC... But, as an above poster mentioned, it's a rather unimpressive PrC. Even though you get some crazy nice bonuses to your physical stats while in bear form, the PrC only grants any sort of special ability every other level. So half the levels are pretty much worthless...
Ziggaraut 04-17-06, 06:55 PM	Remember, if I remember right, your supposed to lose your physical racial adjustments to your scores when in bear form.
Talen Lee 04-17-06, 07:23 PM	Uh, Ziggs, I'm afraid you're in error there. You get the bear's mods on top of your own. Also, the Bear Warrior is awesome. There are always Opposable weapons if you want to use a big stick of beating (a +1 enhancement that lets you wield the weapon even if you lack a thumb), and the entire thing keys quite saucily into Warshaper.
