Is there another prestige class that offers full spellcasting progression for an arcane and divine class for at least the first two levels. Specifically, it's a cleric/wizard.

I know there's a Dread Necromancer in the Book of Vile Brokenness, but that's not allowable material.

Er, way off. The dread necro is a HoH spontaneous casting base class. The True Necro is a PrC from Libris Mortis, and afaik if it's broken, it's broken for being weak - sure, you can have nice spell-likes, but no real lvl 9 spells for you, enjoy. Unfortunately, its first 2 levels give only +1 to your arcane and divine casting level. You might as well try the PGtF Yathrinshee, but it a) involves a vile feat prompting a knee-jerk reaction in many people, b) requires you to play a drow goth and c) imo simply ....s for the most part as far as spellcasting is concerned. Therefore, my answer would be none afaik. If you could somehow enter Arcane Hierophant from RotW with cleric rather than druid, good - but I don't think it will work.

Arcane Hierophant from RotW. But, that is for a Druid/(arcane caster). You need Trackless Step to enter. I don't think that is what you're looking for.
