I am planing to make a pc (LV10) who uses mostly buffs and is still powerful in melee, what class or combo of classes would be best for this?

Wilder (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/sovelior_sage/psionicWilder.html) 10, or Psychic Warrior (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/sovelior_sage/psionicPsychicWarrior.html) 10. If playing a wilder, take Psicrystal Affinity and learn Vigour and Share Pain. The combination will grant you plenty of toughness. Choose buffs where possible for your other powers.

Heck, I was thinking Cleric! They are BAD!
If you want a good buffer who is also a melle machine, grab a Duskblade.

if your talking about just buffing yourself then incarnate classes do pretty good about self buffing with what you need. Totemists for a more natrual feel and incarnates for a magic buffer.

Binders are also great at the self buffs with the different vestiges and the pact augmentations. You can change what binds you have and become a completely different person depending on what the situation calls for. (my personal recomendation)

its hard to beat a cleric for pure buffing power, but playing a cleric has the draw back of having your group expect you to spend your precious buffs healing them.

wilders with the right power selection make decent buffers (make sure vigor is your first power) and can make for an interesting combatent.
