| Magius_Rerecros04-04-07, 03:26 PM | So, just wondering what the public's favorite necromantic base class is. I'd have to say that mine is tied between the Dread Necromancer (Heroes of Horror) and the Master (Dragon Compendium). Any other opinions? |
| pectus_umbra04-04-07, 03:31 PM | Hello! I would have to say dread necromancer on this one. Cool abilities plus a great spellcasting form. |
| stackmachine04-04-07, 03:33 PM | well, the dread necromancer is a very good choice. another one, more fitting to my personal tastes is the, well, plain and classic evil cleric. seriously, he can turn/ rebuke/ control, get lots of spells, armored casting with no asf, ... it goes on and on. take tomb tainted soul, so u can heal yourself with negative energy and the corpsecrafter-feats + augment concepts as u see fit and your permanent and summoned creations will kick a**! add persistent unhallow and persistent greater consumptive field for even more fun :). you might want to check out the necromancer-threads on the CO-boards; those guys there really take the class-concept to new heights. have fun! |

| Journeyman Samwise04-04-07, 03:38 PM | Cleric. Yeah, really. |
