Best splatbook for bow rogue? [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-22-07, 10:55 AM My DM has the core 3 books, and I dont intend to pour several hundred dollars into buying D&D books. But if I get just one, which one is good for 3rd to 10th level bow rogues? I flipped thru the rogue book, but others books seemed to have better bow stuff.

05-22-07, 11:03 AM Well, it depends. If you're going to enter the assassin class or play an elf, I'd say Champions of Ruin (especially if your DM accepts the splitting enhancement, then you're set). For some good PrCs, I would rather look at Silver Marches (Peerless Archer, although very feat-heavy, is good), or maybe CAdventurer for the Enforcer.
