| Xabre01-04-06, 02:22 PM | I'm curious if anyone has any prefence to mixing these two classes. I know that in CV they created a bunch of feats that let you multiclass, such as Ascetic Knight. But because Paladin and Cleric are so synergetic already with Divine access.... I'm looking at putting together a Paladin/Cleric/PrC... I haven't quite decided levels yet, however. I was just curious what people thought of it. For those curious, I'm looking at using Lathander Morning Lord as my god of choice. Maybe there's a good Paladin Racial Sub? Anything? I just want something that makes for a smoother transition then a simple multiclass. |
| StevenO01-04-06, 07:53 PM | You may want to look at the Paladin as a PrC that is in Unearthed Arcana and at least one of the SRD I've seen. As for mixing the classes I'd take up to three levels of Paladin and keep by Cleric at multiples of four to maximize BAB. You take the Paladin for the early abilities and to get a slightly higher BAB but except for Bless Weapon you want your spellcasting to come from the Cleric. |
