Pandaemoni 03-31-06, 05:55 AM	Do Binders automatically know all the available vestiges or is there some limit to their knowledge? I have checked the ToM and thought I read a rule limiting them, but cannot locate it.
TheWinterBard 03-31-06, 09:57 AM	I'm looking through the Tome... I haven't seen anything specifically limiting it. In the introduction area, it says they must know the seal (this is obvious), so I think beyond that (in place of an actual rule- please let me know if someone finds one!) it really is up to the DM and player... The DM could require research, or, similar to a wizard, maybe learn one vestige's seal when leveling, but have to research the rest. I don't know; I just haven't seen a hard and fast rule and am pulling out suggestions in lieu of studying for a history test :P
