Ok, so the game I play on is pretty much open to every PrC that's ever been published. But I had time on my hands, so I decided to try and come up with a version of the Mystic Theurge that didn't suck, and better fit what I was trying to do with my char. Thoughts, comments?

Black Tower Theurge
Hit Die: d4

The Black Tower is a center for magical knowledge, both Arcane and Divine. Those who take up study in the Black Tower often find that arcane and Divine magic are best blended together, allowing them access to power they would not otherwise be able to acheive. These are the Black Tower Theurges.
Black Tower Theurges choose one type of magic, Arcane or Divine, to focus on when they begin their advanced studies. The Black Tower theurge, because of this focus, learns spells in the field of magic not in his focus at a slower rate. Due to the requirements of the arcane spellcasters to be free of armor or risk disrupting their spells, more advanced Black Tower Theurges find ways to shield themselves from harm through magic. Also, Black Tower Theurges are known for their often flashy style when casting their spells, some of their magics taking on unique, personal effects that other spells of the same kind do not have.
The Black Tower invites only spellcasters the leadership sees as being powerful enough to join. Even these must first undergo an initiation rite before they are allowed to become Black Tower Theurges. Wizard/Clerics and Sorcerer/Clerics are the most common choice, but Bards, Blackguards, and Rangers are welcome. Druids often prefer the outdoors and nature to life within the city, but it is possible for a suitably motivated druid to join the tower. Fighters, monks, and Rogues, due to the spellcasting requirements, are not allowed unless they multiclass to gain the required spellcasting ability.

Weapons And Armor Proficiency: The Black Tower Theurge gains no weapon or armor proficiencies.

Primary/Secondary Class: To become a Black Tower Theurge, the character must be able to cast both arcane and divine spells. Upon taking the first level of this class, the Black Tower Theurge designates one of the classes that gave him access to Arcane or Divine spells as his Primary class. This choice cannot be changed later. As shown above, The Black Tower Theurge stacks his BTT class level with his Primary class Level for purposes of determining Caster level, spells per day, and other such effects. He stacks his BTT class level divided by 2 (Rounded down, Min 1) to his levels of the Secondary class for purposes of determining spells per day, caster level, and other such effects. He gains no other benefits of those classes, however.

Turn/Rebuke Undead: A Black Tower Theurge can turn or rebuke undead as a cleric does. If he has this ability from other classes, BTT class levels stack with those of the other class for turning affects.

Sacrificial Mastery: The Black Tower Theurge gains this feat, if he doesn't have it already.

Familiar: The Black Tower Theurge's class level stacks with his levels of the class that gained him his familiar/animal companion/mount for purposes of advancing that animal's powers.

Bonus Feat: At 3rd Level, and again at 9th, the Black Tower Theurge can choose a bonus feat, from the list of those a wizard can pick as bonus feats.

Mage Armor: At 6th Level, the Black Tower Theurge is under a permanent Mage Armor effect, which functions otherwise as the spell. Castings of Mage Armor after this do not stack. This ability can be dispelled, but can be resumed on the BTT's next turn as a standard action.

Evil Brand: At 7th Level, the Black Tower Theurge gains the Evil Brand feat, if they do not already have it.

Dark Speech: At 10th level, the Black Tower Theurge gets the Dark speech feat, if they do not already have it.

I suggest, for the Mage Armor ability, to model it after the Permanent Emanation feat from ELH: dispel suppresses it for 2d4 rounds.

Are you sure about Spell Thematics as a prerequisite feat? It sounds more like a bonus feat you'd get at first level of Black Tower Theurge.
I'd suggest exchanging the prerequisite for the Corrupt Spell feat, and later on giving the BTT a class ability that makes all of its spells corrupt without a metamagic cost. (but I see you have "any nongood" as a prerequisite, so Corrupt Spell, with its own "any evil" prerequisite would make sure all BTTs are evil, not something you seem to want...)

Otherwise I like it a lot! :D
Never occured to me to change the spells per day progression of the "theurge" series of PrCs...

I liked your PrC so much I worked on it, laying it out beautifully on a Word page + I changed a thing or two.

Wanna see it? You might like it...
You can always PM me for talk if you want to bash my head in.
