| Encard03-24-05, 01:22 AM | I don't have much time now, but one thing jumped out at me: Lizard in the Thornbush. This ability looks hugely overpowered - it's essentially what every remotely combat-oriented rogue wishes for, and can easily get with this due to the class's fairly basic entrance requirements. Denying a target their Dex bonus for the entire encounter... Scary thought. I suggest something that mimics the Improved Feint feat, perhaps, or something else that's more balanced. |
| XrP-Leon03-24-05, 01:45 AM | Hope adding Power Crit and Eyes in the Back of Your Head makes it a bit less powerful. Also changing skills Edit> :bump: |

| DwarvenFremen03-24-05, 09:30 PM | i think the class is really cool but youve got to aready be a pretty high level to get it. |
| Ibbins03-24-05, 11:11 PM | automatic hit&crit confirm? um. |
| PlutoniumKnight03-24-05, 11:22 PM | Just a few questions, not citing much for balance. Heron Wading in the Rushes: Full attack action that suffers an attack of opportunity. One attck only, automatic hit&confirmed crit. What happens if you have vorpal quality on your weapon, however very over powered in my opinion, you get a free crit which can with a good crit mod (x3) out weigh 4 attacks with because not many of those will hit. Focused Crit.: +1 to crit multiplier with a focused sword of your choice. Does this stack overlap affect imp crit, please explain further. |
| Zucrous03-24-05, 11:33 PM | Ok the problem I see with this class is it is very set. Basically until you get the class all aspiring blademasters will look very much the same. if u reduce the requirements, and give more abilities, it would be cool. Might also want to make the class abilities only usable while you are in light or medium, thats the kind of vib I got for the class. I do think the ability to auto hit and crit even on one attack can be overpowered, I would choose one or the other an auto hit or outo crit on a hit. Either that or make it easier to crit or hit one one attack. Otherwise I thought it was a good idea. |
| XrP-Leon03-24-05, 11:56 PM | Right, well since Matt made this PrC... I will edit it for him (I'm a tad more experianced) [Matt if you see this, I was just lying] But, I just looked at it for the first time, and when I next have time (Sunday) I will edit it and fiddle around. |
