Here is my blaster sorcerer build from the available books for this campaign (PHB, PHB2, CMage, CArcane, UA, Races of Dragon)

Anyone have any thoughts to improve it?

I took two flaws from Unearthed Arcana, which are Murky-Eyed (I really have a hard time hitting people in concealment) and Pathetic (reduces one of my ability scores by two) both of which can be found on page 91 of UA.

I also took the Stalwart Sorcerer option from Complete Mage to give me proficiency and weapon focus in one melee weapon (I chose Scythe), and 2 extra HP per Sorc level. I know less spells, however.

Archmage - DMG
Mage of the Arcane Order - Complete Arcane
Abjurant Champion - Complete Mage

1: Sorc - Chain Spell, Twin Spell, Empower Spell, Draconic Heritage (Crystal), Weapon focus (Scythe)
2: Sorc -
3: Sorc - Cooperative Spell
4: Sorc
5: Sorc
6: Mage of the Arcane Order - Practical Metamagic (Chain Spell)
7: MatAO - Bonus: Quicken Spell
8: MatAO
9: MatAO - Arcane Thesis (Orb of Fire)
10: MatAO
11: MatAO
12: MatAO - Practical Metamagic (Twin Spell)
13: MatAO
14: MatAO - Bonus: Repeat Spell
15: Abjurant Champion - Practical Metamagic (Repeat Spell)
16: Archmage
17: Abjurant Champion
18: Abjurant Champion - Practical Metamagic (Quicken Spell)
19: Abjurant Champion
20: Abjurant Champion

Practical metamagic and Draconic Heritage are both from Races of Dragon. Cooperative, Repeat, Chain, and Twin spell are all from Complete Arcane. Arcane Thesis is from PHB2.

I'm assuming you've taken Metamagic Specialist instead of a Familiar?
If you haven't, then you can't use Quicken...

Not a bad build, but bear in mind that your spell list is quite small as a Sorcerer, especially with Stalwart Sorcerer, so some of those Metamagic are redundant. I'm a big fan of Versatile Spellcaster, so try to get that in there somehow.

Another matter is that Repeat is often crap. Ditch it and take something better, like Still Spell (To cast in grapple...).
