| Killer_Rabbit12-05-07, 03:12 AM | I need help filling in the gaps of this druid varient. He is, if you will, an anti-druid. Someone who seeks natures destruction. It is based on the blighter Prc, from Complete Divine. I need an ability for level 2,9,11,13 and 15. Any help will be apreciated. Level Special Abilities 1 Rebuke Undead, Undead Animal Companion, Death Sense 2 3 Death watch 4 Resist Deaths Embrace 5 Undead Wildshape (1/day) 6 Undead Wildshape (2/day) 7 Undead Wildshape (3/day) 8 Undead Wildshape (Large) 9 10 Undead Wildshape (4/day) 11 Undead Wildshape (Tiny) 12 13 14 Undead Wildshape (5/day) 15 Undead Wildshape (Huge) 16 Undead Wildshape (ghost 1/day) 17 18 Undead Wildshape (ghost 2/day) 19 20 Undead Wildshape (ghost 3/day) Class Abilities The Blighter loses all druid features apart from weapon and armor proficiencies. Rebuke Undead (Su): At level 1 the blighter gains the ability to Rebuke Undead as a cleric of the same level. Undead Animal Companion (Ex): A blighter may obtain an Undead Animal Companion. An Undead Animal Companion is an animal drawn from the druid starting animal companion list, except it has the skeletal template. It gains extra hitdice, natural armor and abilities as the blighter becomes more powerful (see below) Death Sense (Ex): The blighter gains a +4 bonus on knowledge (religion) checks concerning the Undead. Death watch (Sp): The Blighter can use the spell, death watch as a spell-like ability a number of times per day equal to her blighter level. It has a caster level of the Blighters class levels. Resisit Deaths Embrace (Ex): The Blighter gains a +4 bonus to all saves made against death effects. Undead Wildshape (Su): This ability functions exactly as the druid ability wild shape, except the creatures the Blighter transforms into gain the Skeleton Template. At level 16 however, instead of being able to transform into a Elemental, the Blighter can instead turn into a ghost. Thus at level 16, he can turn into a ghost of an animal 1/day. The Blighter can turn into a ghost animal 2/day at level 18 and 3/day at level 20. This is all I have so far. I'm wondering if the ghost ability is to powerful. As said before any help would be appreciated. |

| Killer_Rabbit12-06-07, 12:07 AM | True, but you can't play It from level 1 and it means you lose all your druid powers and have to spend ages getting them back again. |

| TheAnthroDM12-06-07, 12:14 AM | Define "ages." Considering you have to wait till you're about halfway in the class to get the casting of a druid equal to your level. Ages is an acceptable term. |
| Killer_Rabbit12-06-07, 12:38 AM | Exactly... and you lose your animal companion. |
| vorpo12-06-07, 02:10 AM | I fail to see how blighter can rebuke undead. Rather than ghost shape.. how about go incorporeal? Ghost isn't a defined mechanical term, but incorporeal is. Does this blighter not cast any spells? Pls drop me a note in the Peach Market (my sig) as to what category to list you under. Make sure you link your class when you post. |

Ghost is actually a defined mechanical term. The MM template I believe is what he's suggesting. |
