10-01-07, 02:34 PM The prestige class Mythic Exemplar with the Dardallion paragon from Complete Champion lets you use Blink as a supernatural ability once per day.

10-01-07, 03:37 PM I believe that Totemists (Magic of Incarnum) have a soulmeld called Blink shirt. If bound to their heart chakra, it gives them blink as the spell. OTOH, they get to bind anything to their heart chakra no earlier than level 17 (15 for dwarf totemists with the Ironsoul Forgemaster PrC), so other means to get it might be more appropriate.

Not actual blink, but shadowcraft mage gives straight concealment.
