It says you dont need to spend the 25gp per page to scribe a scroll

Do they mean its a 25gp discount?

or do they mean

You dont need to spend on scribing in there at all cause you paid for the book?

Note DMG and SRD document have different descriptions...

I guess I posted it here cause its a "Wizard" problem

It normally requires 100 gp/page. With a Blessed Book, it's free.
