Okay, I had an idea for a class. I'd like some help fleshing it out. Or maybe it's just an easier matter of replacing a few skills in a class.

The idea is a curious necromancer that raids tombs for bodies and magic items. Especially those of "Important" figures. The theory behind the Bodysnatchers is that when someone is famous, there's a residual energy that makes necromantic spells more potent... or something like that. Okay, I came up with this on 1 hour of sleep in 48 hours.

I think just taking the Necromancer specialist wizard, dumping familiar and maybe scribe scroll, as well as the schools of Illusion and... mmm, maybe either Enchantment or one other school, and replacing it with Trapfinding, and making Disable Device an in-class skill. The idea is that this self-sufficient plunderer can deal with traps and other dangers that often appear in the tombs of famous people. In order for it to be a unique class, though, maybe there should be a couple skills specific to it, like utomatic Spell Focus [Necromancy] feat at first level, maybe resistance to negative energy at later levels.

Definitely would be any non-lawful for alignments.

Any suggestions?
