2. What are good elementel summoning classes to take with bonded summoner.

3. what are the rules for elementals killed and to gain new famliars?

4. oh ya what are ways to contiue with the elemntal theam...

It's a PrC in Complete Arcane

I just double checked them both
They have very little differences
Both of them you slowly become an Elemental

The differences are the Elemental familier for Bonded Summoner
and the Elemental Savant can change energy type to her chosen Element/Energy

As to rules for getting new elementals/familiars...when you take the Bonded Summoner prestige class, it replaces your familiar, so you will no longer have the familiar. If you're elemental dies, the Miniatures Handbook describes the rules (in the class description) for summoning a replacement elemental, as well as what happens to you when it dies (you take 1d4 damage to all stats, I believe).

As to an elemental theme...elemental savant was already mentioned. There are some earth feats out of Races of Stone you could look at. Sandstorm has some good fire feats, while Frostburn has good ice/cold feats. I don't know many feats dealing with electricity (you could check Stormwrack) - but there are some air feats and spells floating around (check Races of the Wild for some of them).

Also, the Reserve feats out of Complete Mage might be appropriate, depending on what sort of elemental specialty you were going for.

Finally, being a spellcaster with certain spells will create a stronger 'flavor' of an elementalist. Look at the elemental spells in the Players Handbook and Spell Compendium - stick with those that make a strong theme.

As a side note: If you have Bonded Summoner, remember the benefits of sharing spell (so you could share overland flight with an earth elemental, give fire shield with a water elemental, true strike to an air elemental, or tenser's tranformation to a fire elemental, etc.).
