book fighter class has anyone ever built such a class?
my dm is leting my build it and i'm look for any kind of input/advice.

it has bard Base attk bonus(str)+(wis)

hit dice equal to a wizards

wizard saves+(int)

ac+(int)

can cast divine(cha)/arcane(int) magic from books and scrolls as scrolls

can prepare spells like a wizard

a familar like a wizard

access new spell levels equal to his lvl -3(3rd lvl=cantrips,4th=1st level spells and so on )without burning them out

book's give armor class and depending on type and shape

depending on type and shape a scaleable damage score

you get a book(bard) knowldge

thats all i have for now

Their is a PrC similar to this in the d20 Modern books ( I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head and the books aren't handy at the moment). It is either in the core book or the Urban Arcana book. If you have access (or can get to a bookstore to look at them) checking that out might help a lot. If no one else has posted the name of the PrC and I can get to my books later I will post it.
