I believe it happens every other level starting at 4th level. I am guessing since I don't have the book in front of me. It seems that the PrC's in that book do not have that same ability. Was this intentional or a mistake? Should the PrC's (Ruby Knight Vindicator in perticular) have the ability to drop maneuvers and replace them with other ones? Any information would be helpful. |
| KIDS10-31-07, 08:48 PM | The PrCs never mention anything about swapping maneuvers in their maneuver sections so I'd say that they don't. I bumped into this issue several times and have since then arrived at the conclusion that it is in fact intentional and a point of balance to prevent one from grabbing extra 9th level maneuvers at last (10th) even level of JPM or something like that. Now, that it makes some classes better for entries and toughens planning...yep. In short I believe you can't swap maneuvers in PrCs and that it's intentional, but the game won't be vastly changed if you do decide that the swapping is possible. It's just not a big issue. |
