| Zaistars6904-25-07, 12:10 PM | I have a high level cleric and am wondering how I can increase my caster level (I'm talking other than raising levels). Magic items, spells, etc. Thanks guys. |
| Xandar Dae'Ithil04-25-07, 12:30 PM | Just doing a quick look through some of my books as the wizards.com feat index, there's a feat in the Dragonlance Campaign Setting called Reserves of Strength: "When you cast a spell, you can choose to increase its effective caster level at the cost of exhausting yourself." I'll keep looking for more items and whathaveyou. |

Orange ioun stone gives +1 caster lv Karma beads gives +4 divine caster lv for 10 min/day Ankh of ascension gives another +4 caster lv Death knell or alignment domain powers may work too, depending on your alignment. |
| Peregrine_Wolf04-25-07, 04:13 PM | I was wondering on much the same thing. I'm currently using a Druid/Sorc and was planning on taking Arcane Hierophant soon. Since the AH PrC levels increase caster lvl, when you've finished the PrC can you continue taking levels of previous classes where you left off? Example: Druid 3/ Sorc 4/ Arcane Hierophant 10 Caster level 27? Then can I just take levels in one of the first classes and it just adds up? If you take 10 levels in casters, then take Arcane Hierophant, can you get Epic Caster level while playing a non-epic character? If you were palying epic, then you could get caster level 40 if this works..... |
