I have a quick question. Is there a way to boost your “spells per day” ? The only way I know of is to accumulate enough experience points to have your character advance a level. I looked up Ion stones, and there is one that increases your caster level, and a feat called practiced spell caster, which increases your caster level, But from what I understand Caster Level is separate from “spells per day”. Am I correct? Are they separate?
Is there a way to boost your spells per day? Any help would great, thanks.

You could takes feats (see Complete Arcane) and wear magic items (see the DMG for prepared and, what, Races of the Dragon or something for spontaneous?).

Caster level affects things dependent on caster level, which sounded less smart-alecky before I typed it. Spells per day are based on class level (or effective class level, if you're taking prestige classes that give "+1 spellcasting level in previous class" abilities).

Boost your int by wearing headband of intellect.

If you can afford it, a Ring of Wizardry 1-4. They double the spells per day of a specific level.
