When calculating a monk's stun DC at first level, will it be:

10 + 0 (level) + WIS or 1 + 1 (level) + WIS?

I know you round down in d20, but isn't the least it can be 1? Can you refer me to a page number that explains it?

The 3.0 DMG had General Guidelines in the Introduction (p. 6), and one of them was that whenever you had a fraction, you rounded down. I've only very recently got my hands on the 3.5 DMG, and I can't quite locate where they moved the section to.

So the DC of a monk's stunning attack is 10 + 0 + WIS.
