10-27-06, 09:04 AM Technically they need to have a breath weapon whose reuse is expressed in rounds. Typically that means those with a breath weapon that says "may be usable every 1d4 rounds". However, using something once / round should qualify for the feats given a little liberal reading and interpretation by the DM.
