The arrowhead might be a problem, unless it was made of bone or stone.

There is nothing preventing a druid from using weapons made of metal. The restriction has to do with armor and shields only. Since elves are proficient with bows, and a druid could concievably take any weapon proficiency, then he could learn to use a bow with no penalties.

In 3.0E, a Druid who used weapons/armor/shields not on the class list would lose his druidic abilities while he wielded/wore them, and for 24 hours thereafter.

In 3.5E, the restriction applies only to wearing prohibited armor and shields. Weapons were stricken from the verboten list.

So if you're playing by 3.5E rules, an elven druid can use swords and bows freely.

In 3.5 no problem.
