| paradox199504-24-07, 03:14 AM | Can a scout skirmish a foe that has concealment? The skirmish explination closly mimics the rogues sneak attack. A rogue cannot SA a foe w/ concealment... but I cannot find it anywherer where it says a scout cannot gain skirmish on a concealed foe... Did wizards miss this? |
| Shadowhowler04-24-07, 03:16 PM | Hm. It *IS* persicion bassed damage, so I would say no. |
| Bob Loblaw04-24-07, 03:41 PM | The scout's ability specifically states that he must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot. Since concealment provides a miss chance based on the fact that you can't clearly see your target, then I would say that the skirmish does not work against concealed creatures. |
| paradox199504-24-07, 08:56 PM | how about an enemy with cover... same thing? Cover provides a miss chance so no skirmish? TY guys. |
| dragynson104-24-07, 09:49 PM | cover does NOT provide a miss chance, cover provides regular ole AC. |
| paradox199504-24-07, 11:55 PM | Ahh hgood point, my parties Scout will be so glad to hear that! THANKS!:D |
