Can a scout skirmish a foe that has concealment? The skirmish explination closly mimics the rogues sneak attack. A rogue cannot SA a foe w/ concealment... but I cannot find it anywherer where it says a scout cannot gain skirmish on a concealed foe... Did wizards miss this?

The scout's ability specifically states that he must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot. Since concealment provides a miss chance based on the fact that you can't clearly see your target, then I would say that the skirmish does not work against concealed creatures.

how about an enemy with cover... same thing? Cover provides a miss chance so no skirmish?
