Karlcullinane 09-03-05, 06:01 PM	I don't have my books on hand at the moment, but Warforged have several options as far as body styles go. The base setup costs no feat but provides only a +2 to the Ac, and the Warforged can wear no armor. The other feats include an armorless form, which allows wearing of humanoid armors, a heavily armored Adamentium form, a lightly armored Mithril form and finally a wooden form. Either the armorless form feat or the wooden form feat will allow you to act as a druid with no restrictions. It's quite specific in the Eberron book about which shapes interfere and which dont.

Salla 09-03-05, 10:13 PM	The Warforged 'basic' composite plating (+2 AC) doesn't count as wearing armor as far as classes like the Monk and Druid go, and there's a wood-based Body Composition feat in Races of Eberron as well that works for druids. The Mithral and Adamantine body platings do count as wearing metal armor, so druids and monks should avoid those feats. ;)

However, the incidence of players and GMs who have useful answers about the Warforged are in the Eberron forums. Ergo, it is a better idea to ask on the Eberron forums - the odds of getting one of those useful answers goes WAY up.
TyraaloftheFist 09-06-05, 09:59 PM	The Warforged were originally created, as far as I know, anyway, for the Eberron campaign setting, alongside Shifters, Kalashtar, and Changelings; thus, for answers about those races, you should check the Eberron boards. Yes, Warforged can be druids; they just can't take the Adamantine or Mithril Body feats and be a Druid or Monk. Otherwise, they would not mention the 'Warforged with this feat cannot be druids' clause in the feats, instead mentioning it in the main writeup of the race abilities. Thus, no, their composite plating does not get in the way unless they get it Mithrilificated or Adamantined. Then they're screwed.
