It is against the Code of Conduct to post copywrited material on the boards. You can find the Hexblade in Complete Warrior.

The Hexblade is a new class from Complete Warrior.
If you don't have access to this book then here's a bit of info about it, but I can't go into to much detail without getting slapped...
Basically, it's an alternative fighter class with bonus feat progression given up for limited spontaneous spellcasting ability and a few special powers. Think of a fighter/sorcerer multiclasser with better BAB and hitpoints than you would normally get, but more limited spellcasting power. The two primary special powers they get are the hexblade curse (with which they can curse their opponents) and aura of unluck (which affects their opponents' chance to hit them in combat). The spells they have access to are a greatly restricted list from the arcane spell listing, which have a variety of utility spells but tend to concentrate on those which have an affect on combat.

They also get no arcane casting penalty when wearing light armor and they get more skill points per level than a fighter.

Personally I think that Hex Blades are the neatest combat oriented base class, closely followed by the swashbuckler. Everyone seems to love Fighters because they give you the mechanical benefits of feats but I love the flavor given by these other classes plus I think that their special abilities balance pretty well against the fighter's crazy number of feats.

The Hexblade base class can be found in the book The Complete Warrior. The book has been out for a while, so there is a fair amount of support material for the Hexblade class.

The class is a fighter-type class that has some magical abilities. Personally, I think it looks like it could be very fun to play, but I have never done so.

They're actually Int+2, like a fighter, they just get mroe skills to put stuff into.

More stuff.

For some reason I thought they were Int+4. Ah well...
